PHOTOGRAPHY
UPDATE: I'm now the proud owner of Canon Rebel t4i. Yesss.
I'm currently using a point and shoot Canon PowerShot ELPH 300 HS, which I picked for its price, brand (I <3 Canon), size and image quality. Many of the pictures below were taken with my old camera, a Canon SD1000. While I'm impressed with the image quality of the Canon point-and-shoots, I definitely plan on purchasing an SLR when I can afford it. I think this upgrade will expand the scope of my photography.
Here are some of my favorite shots. I'm only just getting started on learning about photography, though my film school background does lend itself to some sense of shot composition. Anyway, everthing's just a work in progress. Hope you enjoy them:
